How to order

Dear Client,

The goods offered by Bambona can be ordered by phone, e-mail and from the e-shop. Please read the terms of sales, which you can find here.

Both private individuals and contract customers can order from the e-store. You do not have to be logged in to subscribe, but registered users can manage past orders in their account and use them as a basis for new orders.

ORDERING FROM THE E-STORE

1. Visit the e-shop
You will find a wide range of products in the e-shop. In addition to fruits and vegetables, dry matter, canned food, confectionery, beverages, consumer goods, dairy products, bakery products, frozen products, etc. have been added to the assortment. Also check out the organic products on offer.
If there is no product of interest to You in the selection of products, let us know and we will supplement the assortment if possible.

2. Select the appropriate products and add them to the cart

By clicking the “Add to cart” button, 1 unit (kg / pc) of the selected product will automatically go to the cart. By opening the product description, you can adjust the amount added to the cart. You can see the contents of the shopping cart in the shopping cart in the header of the page. By opening the shopping cart, you can change the quantities of products and, if necessary, delete products from the list.

Previous orders can be used as a basis for a new order. To do this, log in and go to: My Account ->Orders (http://www.bambona.ee/minu-konto/orders/) select the appropriate order and click the “View” button. Below the opened order is the “Re-order” button. Click the button and the products will be added to the cart. You can delete products or change quantities in the shopping cart. You can also add new products to the shopping cart.

3. Choose a suitable payment and delivery method.
If you order together, open the shopping cart and press the “Checkout” button. Enter the delivery address and select the payment and delivery method. The most suitable delivery date and period should also be selected before payment. If possible, we will deliver the goods at the chosen time. Once the order is complete, the final invoice will be emailed to You.

4. Pay the invoice and receive the ordered goods
If you have selected bank transfer as your payment method, please send us a payment order/bank slip via email. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the goods.

DELIVERY

We deliver the products ordered from the e-store to the customer by courier in Tallinn and Tartu.

In the vicinity of Tallinn and Tartu, the goods will be delivered only on the basis of an agreement. Information on delivery options is available from Tallinn or Tartu customer service.

Delivery in Tallinn

  • The distribution of goods usually takes place from Mon-Fri 10.00-17.00. The goods will usually be delivered within the working day following the order or on another suitable working day by agreement.
  • You can choose the most suitable delivery date and period before placing your order. If possible, we will deliver the goods at the chosen time. The courier informs the customer by phone about the exact time of delivery of the goods.
  • The courier transport fee is 7,20 € (VAT included).
  • Frozen products are delivered to the customer in the appropriate thermal box. The customer removes the frozen products from the thermo box and the courier takes the thermo box with her/him.

Delivery in Tartu

  • The distribution of goods usually takes place from Mon-Fri 10.00-17.00. The goods will usually be delivered within the working day following the order or on another suitable working day by agreement.

RETURN

Upon receipt of the products, the conformity of the products to the invoice must be checked immediately. If upon receipt of the products, it turns out that the products include unrepresented, defective, broken packaging, etc. products, including unsuitable replacement products, the Seller’s customer service must be notified immediately.

When delivering by courier, the conformity of the products to the invoice must also be checked immediately. Unsuitable products will be returned to the Seller or the Seller’s courier and the corresponding entries will be made on the invoice, which will remain with the Seller. The cost of the returned products (based on the price of the product indicated in the e-shop) will be returned to the Buyer.

NB! Pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that, by their nature, cannot be returned, including chilled and frozen products and perishable products.
