AS Bambona is a wholesale company founded in 1994, the main activity of which is the import of fresh fruits and vegetables to Estonia and their sale in the local market.
Our main suppliers are located in Europe – especially in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Lithuania. To a small extent, we also import goods to Estonia from third countries. We also work very closely with fruit and vegetable growers operating in Estonia.
Our customers are most of the retail chains operating in Estonia, and we also supply fruit and vegetables to many smaller stores, the HoReCa sector, kindergartens and institutions dealing with national defense.
We have two warehouses – from the warehouse on St. Petersburg Road in Tallinn, we mostly serve customers in the North-Estonian region and from the warehouse on Tartu Teguri Street in the South-Estonian region.
Over the last ten years, we have been a constant employer of 75 to 100 employees.
Since 2014, we have also been selling many organic fruits and vegetables.
The customers of organic products are mainly private customers and shops specializing in the sale of organic products.
Since 2019, we have expanded our range, with the aim of offering customers the opportunity to get everything they need from one place. When increasing the selection of goods, we have kept in mind the needs of large kitchens, but at the same time we get everything we need for the office and home. The product range is constantly being updated.
